My New Postcard!

I'm very happy about my NEW Out of Box Weddings postcard! I had 2000 printed from Next Day Fliers (spelled Flyers). I'd recommend using them, they are very fast and the least expensive printer that I've found.

If you have a place to put some of these postcards please email outofbox@inbox.com and I'll send you some.

Thank you!

Happy Martin Luther King Day!

Here are some great quotes from Marting Luther King, Jr.

A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus.

A lie cannot live.

A man can't ride your back unless it's bent.

A man who won't die for something is not fit to live.

A nation or civilization that continues to produce soft-minded men purchases its own spiritual death on the installment plan.

A nation that continues year after year to spend more money on military defense than on programs of social uplift is approaching spiritual doom.

A right delayed is a right denied.

A riot is at bottom the language of the unheard.

A riot is the language of the unheard.

All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance and should be undertaken with painstaking excellence.

All progress is precarious, and the solution of one problem brings us face to face with another problem.

Almost always, the creative dedicated minority has made the world better.

An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity.

An individual who breaks a law that conscience tells him is unjust, and who willingly accepts the penalty of imprisonment in order to arouse the conscience of the community over its injustice, is in reality expressing the highest respect for the law.

Where’s the blog?

I am ashamed to say that I have NOT done a very good job at keeping up with my blog! Being a small business owner sometimes the needs of the current business dealings out way the needs of the future business creation, but it shouldn’t. Balance and keeping a schedule are key to success. I have to new business ventures I’d like to write about. The first is I am now renting space out of the Village Bean and providing lunches from Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Here’s a menu:

I am also working with Saley from Divine Flowers and Park Avenue Events; she will be subcontracting her coordinating work to my business.

Both these partnerships are very exciting but they mean that I need to add staff and grow! It will be exciting!!
